Quick Summary

You may request cancellation of an Epic Peptides Lab order before the order has been processed for shipment. There are no cancellation fees, and cancellation requests can be submitted by email.

Because orders may be processed quickly, we recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible after placing your order.

Include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

Submitting your request as soon as possible provides the best opportunity for cancellation, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment.

1. One-Time Order Cancellation

A one-time order may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or a shipping label/tracking number has been generated, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Timing

There is no guaranteed cancellation window because orders may be processed shortly after they are placed.

For the best chance of stopping an order, contact us immediately after placing your order.

If your order has already entered fulfillment when your request is received, we will notify you that the order can no longer be cancelled.

If the order has already shipped, please refer to the applicable Refund & Shipping Policy for information about eligible returns, damaged products, or other qualifying issues.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation of an order:

as soon as possible.
Use the subject line: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]
Include your order number.
Include the email address used to place the order.
Our team will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

You will receive one of the following:

Confirmation that the order was successfully cancelled and a refund was issued; or
Confirmation that the order has already entered fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Any refund eligibility will instead be determined under the applicable Refund & Shipping Policy.

4. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
